The Startup Ignition Bootcamp Free Seat Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees of Startup Ignition LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) of, and/or those living in the same household as, each such employee are not eligible to enter or win.
The Giveaway is ongoing. One (1) winner will be selected before each upcoming Startup Ignition Bootcamp cohort. Entries are accepted on a rolling basis. Winners are drawn from all eligible entries received prior to the selection date for each cohort. Entries not selected remain eligible for future cohort drawings unless the entrant requests removal.

Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or multiple entries from the same person may result in disqualification of all such entries. Use of any automated system, bot, or script to submit an entry is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
No Purchase Required: No purchase, payment, or other consideration of any kind is required to enter or to win.
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before each upcoming bootcamp cohort. The drawing will take place prior to the start date of each cohort. All decisions of Startup Ignition LLC are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.
The selected winner will be notified via the email address and/or phone number provided in the entry. The potential winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days. If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
One (1) Grand Prize winner per cohort will receive one (1) free seat at the Startup Ignition Bootcamp for their selected cohort.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. Sponsor will issue any required tax forms (e.g., IRS Form 1099-MISC) if the prize value meets or exceeds the applicable reporting threshold.
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use the winner's name, city, likeness, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation or approval.
This Giveaway is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Instagram, Meta, Facebook, or any social media platform.
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at startupignition.com/privacy-policy. By entering, entrants acknowledge that Sponsor may use their contact information to administer this Giveaway and to communicate regarding the Giveaway and Sponsor's products and services. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or connected to this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.
