What does the test setup do?
It takes the personas and script produced in the previous step and configures the Wow! Factor test so it can be run with real respondents and scored afterwards.
Why can’t I just send people the script myself?
You can, but the analysis step scores results from 0 to 10, and that requires responses collected in a comparable structure. Setting the test up properly is what makes the score mean anything.
